73% of girls in India do not get past 10 years of school. Their dreams are as colourful as any other child’s and they have just as much potential to fulfil them. What they lack is a fair chance – an opportunity to go to school, to hone their talents, to even have a happy and carefree childhood that every child deserves.
Pure & Cimple is humbled to join hands with Prajna Foundation in India to provide the girl children in slums with education and the tools to escape the cycle of poverty and expose them to the things that make life more than just survival.
The English translation of KOSHISH means effort. Education is the cornerstone of all the efforts to elevate the poor girls! When a child in poverty loses access to quality education, virtually all gateways to a better future slam permanently shut.
The KOSHISH initiative is our effort to work hands-in-hands with Prajna Foundation to empower girls by providing means to educate them and tools to learn skill-sets so that they can take their future into their own hands.
Be Part of The Change
Through this initiative, we aim to ensure that every girl child understands the importance of her own education, and we provide the support needed in order to stay in school.
KOSHISH initiative is very close to our heart! You too can be a part of this cause to aspire young girls to become not only self-reliant women but a world citizen when they grow up!
Pure & Cimple will donate £1 of each sale from superCerum to Prajna Foundation for the Koshish initiative!
